Returns Policy

If you change your mind about a purchase or receive a damaged or defective 7Hydroz product, we will issue a refund under certain circumstances. To request a return, please read all of the terms and conditions below, then contact our customer support team at info@7hydroz.com

Returns for change of mind

If you have changed your mind about a 7Hydroz purchase and the product is still in its complete original packaging, you can post it back to us for a full refund. Just email us at example@7hydroz.com and customer support will provide further instructions.

Change of mind terms & conditions

  • All postage cost are to be paid by customer
  • Product must still be in its complete undamaged original package and unopened
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the item, 7Hydroz will issue a full refund (less shipping costs) to the payment method used to make the order
  • Product must be returned within 30 day of purchase
  • Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days

Damaged or defective product returns

If you receive an item that you feel is damaged or defective, please contact us at example@7hydroz.com as soon as possible. Sending photos of any damage and/or a thorough description of why you feel the product is defective will speed up the returns process. Once we receive your email, our customer support team will provide further instructions.

Damaged or defective product terms & conditions

  • To be eligible for a refund, 60% or more of the product must still be in the original packaging when returned to us. For a 3-pack of tablets, this is at least 2 remaining tablets. For a 6-pack, there must be at least 4 remaining tablets
  • The request for a return must be made in writing (via email) within 30 days of purchase
  • We will inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receiving them. I damage or a defect is found, 7Hydroz will refund the full purchase price (including shipping costs) to your original payment method
  • Returns on on the basis of the product not having the desired or expected effect on an individual are not permitted

Where does 7Hydroz ship to?

We ship throughout the United States, except the following states, counties, and territories where kratom is banned: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, Sarasota County (FL), Union County (NC), Denver (CO), and San Diego (CA).

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Most of our orders are shipped within 2-3 days. On top of our standard priority shipping, we offer expedited shipping when you need it (additional cost applies).

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 2-3 business day or placing your order please reach out to Flayvorz customer service at the Contact Us page or via email at info@7hydroz.com.
